About The Position

This role involves performing general labor duties to support various job sites and departments. The Welder Helper will be responsible for safely operating a range of equipment, assisting with material handling, and completing specialized tasks as needed. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment required for the position.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties as assigned based on job site and department needs.
Safely and effectively use heavy and light equipment, including tape measures, power drills, grinders, saws, machine tools, and other tools required for the assignment.
Assist with loading, unloading, moving, organizing, and preparing materials as needed.
Perform various physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and working in different job site conditions.
Complete specialized tasks that may require on-the-job training.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standards.
