About The Position

This is a weekend shift position where employees work Friday through Sunday for 36 hours and are paid for 40 hours. The starting wage is $24-$29 per hour, depending on experience. This role is not for entry-level welders as it requires skilled welders capable of wire-feed welding in multiple positions, including inside and on top of tanks. Successful candidates must be able to flexibly and reliably perform craftsman welds in confined spaces with high quality. There are opportunities for career growth or for individuals who enjoy the hands-on aspects of the craft. Wages are determined by a 5-point scale based on a weld test, with potential for increased earnings over time.

Requirements

Ability to weld-wire feed in multiple positions
Ability to flexibly and reliably perform craftsman welds in confined spaces
Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently
Pre-employment testing (drug-free workplace)
