About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment. This role is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and joining metal components using a variety of welding techniques while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to work efficiently in an industrial setting.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication environment
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metals, and joint configurations
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical positions

Nice To Haves

• AWS or equivalent welding certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core , or other welding processes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication
• Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and quality standards are met
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and PPE requirements
• Repair or modify existing metal structures and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
