About The Position

American Augers, a division of The Toro Company (TTC) located in West Salem, Ohio, is urgently hiring experienced Mig welder/fabricators. The company builds the largest horizontal directional drills in the industry and a full range of auger boring machines, designed for rugged users and backed by 24-hour worldwide support. In this role, you will work together to build reliable, high-quality machinery, where every weld matters and teamwork drives success. The shift is from 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with some overtime as needed. The wage is $24 - $28 hourly, depending on experience.

Requirements

• MIG welding experience or have completed a formal welding training program.
• Ability to pass required entry-level plate test for production welding.
• Appropriate mechanical skills, including experience using hand and air-powered tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read information from blueprints, technical manuals, or other documents.
• Use a hoist to lift and position large, heavier components and completed weldments.
• Set up, adjust, and operate MIG welding equipment to weld machine components.
