About The Position

A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team. This role involves fabricating high-quality parts from blueprint to finished product. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with state-of-the-art equipment in a team-focused environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience
• Blueprint reading and weld setup experience
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication
• Safety and quality-focused work ethic

Nice To Haves

• ASME code knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint
• Utilize MIG & TIG welding processes
• Verify weld quality using calipers, gauges & inspection tools
• Grind, polish, straighten, and finish parts
• Perform complex fabrication and multi-pass welds
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes & jib cranes
• Interpret welding symbols, blueprints & specifications
• Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures
