About The Position

ETI GLOBAL is an independent heavy equipment dealer specializing in used, rebuilt and aftermarket parts for the construction and mining industries. We are looking for motivated individuals to help grow our team and business, with an emphasis on quality, speed and proficiency. We are seeking people that want to make a difference in the work place. This role is for an experienced welder familiar with repair experience in the heavy equipment industry.

Requirements

• Must have previous experience with multiple welding processes
• Good problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable, prompt and have a sense of urgency
• Good mechanical skills and the physical ability to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to move large and heavy components
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• Previous line-boring experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welding of machined parts for hydraulic repairs
• Welding/repairing heavy equipment components - blades, buckets, etc.
• Performing line/boring repairs
• Helping technicians with repairs and tear-downs
• Miscellaneous fabrication and repair work
• Miscellaneous shops tasks as requested
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
