About The Position

We are hiring experienced welders with strong skills in Flux Core (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), and general fabrication. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a shop or warehouse environment, be safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions inside an open warehouse. This is a temp-to-full-time position. Pay is $20–$28 per hour DOE. The schedule includes a Day Shift from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Saturday, and a Night Shift from 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday–Saturday.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding (required)
• Must have personal safety gear: safety glasses, ankle-high steel-toe boots, safety vest, and face shield with upper and lower bib
• Ability to pass a 2-hour weld test (required for employment and pay determination)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a shop or warehouse environment
• Safety-focused
• Able to work in all weather conditions inside an open warehouse
• Shop/warehouse experience preferred
• Structural steel fabrication experience is a plus
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding on structural steel and other metal components
• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Maintain proper use of PPE and follow company safety standards at all times
• Work in various conditions, including hot summer weather in an open warehouse
• Support shop and fabrication projects as needed
