About The Position

We are seeking experienced Welders and Welder Helpers for immediate hire. This is a four-day work week, working Monday through Thursday, with three days off. We offer both day and night shifts. Welders will be required to pass a welding test to determine pay rate. Welder Helpers start at $19.00 per hour. These are temp-to-perm positions with no cost to the employee.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Flux Core and MIG welding for Welders.
• Must possess all necessary tools for welding.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a vehicle for night shift Welder Helpers as public transportation is not available at shift end.
• Must wear steel-toed boots.
• Must provide two forms of ID: a state-issued picture ID and a Social Security card or birth certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using Flux Core and MIG.
• Assist welders with their tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to standard.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing steel-toed boots.
