About The Position

As a Welder Advanced, you will perform advanced welding work to support the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes and ensure products meet safety and performance standards. You will weld components using MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques, inspect and test welded joints, repair defects, and maintain welding equipment while following safety protocols. The role contributes to the integrity and reliability of components and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Proven experience using advanced MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of welding codes, blueprints, and metallurgy.
Proficiency inspecting welds for defects and performing repairs.
Experience maintaining welding equipment and adhering to welding safety standards.
Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or diploma in Welding Technology or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
Knowledge of welding inspection techniques and non-destructive testing methods.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
