About The Position

Viant, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Weld Operator. This role is responsible for operating manual laser, auto laser, and Tig Welders, managing the Kan Ban System, and overseeing 5S initiatives. The position offers a 15% shift premium and pay is based on experience. Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in welding techniques, especially TIG welds.
Light work: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects.
Visual Acuity: Welders shall have vision acuity of 20/30 or better in either eye, and shall be able to read the Jaeger No. 2 Eye Chart. Position will require pre-employment testing and administered every two years.
