About The Position
Cleaning, grinding, and removing spatter from welded parts, while performing quality checks on completed parts. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to use computers and related technology efficiently
- Great attention to detail is required
Responsibilities
- Grinding and Clearing welded parts of excess spatter.
- Responsible for operating tools including grinders and sanders.
- Quality check on completed parts looking for pinholes, contamination or other defects.
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Focuses on continuous improvement by identifying, eliminating and preventing obstacles to efficient product flow, quality, and efficiency.
