About The Position
The Welcome Desk Specialist provides excellent, friendly, and welcoming member service while displaying a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for greeting all incoming members, visitors, and guests.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Must be supervised by staff 18+ years of age. Minors are not to be in building alone.
- Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration (CPR AED if opening/closing staff)
- Mandatory trainings within 60-90 days of employment: YMCA New Employee Orientation, Safety and Risk Management, Praesidium: Duty to Report, Praesidium: Keeping your YMCA Safe
