About The Position

We are currently hiring a Welcome Center Representative who possess outgoing personalities and are financially motivated to work at our beautiful San Antonio Elian Hotel and Spa. The EIlan is a 100-acre retreat nestled in the foothills of the Texas Hill Country and the only boutique luxury hotel north of the Riverwalk.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months customer service experience
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Creating, rescheduling, and cancelling mini-vacation packages.
• Check in and qualify guests while assigning and modifying tour times.
• Reconcile tickets and bank inventory daily.
• Perform confirmation calls for all pre-arrivals.
• Verify all late arrivals checked-in their assigned hotel and confirm their assigned tour date and time.
• Answer phones professionally and with-in 3 rings.
• And other assignments as requested by management.
