Responsible for providing quality customer service to all Specialty Marketing packages. This role involves managing guest check-ins, assigning units, issuing room keys, collecting deposits and taxes, and issuing parking permits. Additionally, the agent will be responsible for booking tours, attraction/dinner reservations, selling attraction tickets, adding extra nights, and upgrading packages. The role also includes qualifying guests for presentations, making courtesy calls after check-in, and handling confidential information. Other duties include ordering supplies, mailing paperwork, and maintaining departmental reports.
