About The Position
We are currently hiring a Welcome Center Representative who possess outgoing personalities and are financially motivated to work at our beautiful San Antonio Elian Hotel and Spa. The EIlan is a 100-acre retreat nestled in the foothills of the Texas Hill Country and the only boutique luxury hotel north of the Riverwalk. Requirements
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months customer service experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Creating, rescheduling, and cancelling mini-vacation packages.
- Check in and qualify guests while assigning and modifying tour times.
- Reconcile tickets and bank inventory daily.
- Perform confirmation calls for all pre-arrivals.
- Verify all late arrivals checked-in their assigned hotel and confirm their assigned tour date and time.
- Answer phones professionally and with-in 3 rings.
- And other assignments as requested by management.
