About The Position

We are seeking a Welcome Center Agent to address first call resolution for customers needing information, or assisting with general inquiries pertaining to services that UW Health provides. This role will also initiate a smooth transition for patients entering the UW Health system.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Required

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Previous experience working in scheduling, registration, or a call center Preferred
• Previous experience using Epic Cadence and Prelude software Preferred
