About The Position

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents and supporting the floor staff as needed. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Current LPN License: Must be licensed as a LPN in Oregon.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for residents.
• Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of residents.
• Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and updating comprehensive care plans for residents.
