About The Position
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina. The facility is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts. This role involves ensuring high-quality resident care, proper staffing support, and smooth clinical operations, serving as the key leader on-site to guide staff and maintain compliance with care standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Long-term care and rehab experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) during weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership
- Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
- Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
