About The Position

At Bent Tubes, our operation doesn't slow down on weekends, and neither do we. We're looking for a full-time Weekend Shipping and Receiving Associate who thrives in a hands-on role and focuses on accuracy and client satisfaction. When you join our Neenah, WI team, you'll earn $21.00/hour. This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep workdays running smoothly and our business organized and accurate. Prioritizing safety and precision, you'll stock products on our shelves, pull parts for customer orders, break down incoming shipments, and support a seamless flow of products. You'll coordinate the logistics and shipment details with companies like UPS, FedEx, and SpeeDee, accurately entering information into our computer and maintaining detailed inventory records. When appropriate, you'll move products using a forklift and schedule outbound freight shipments. As you work, you'll take active steps to improve daily processes, optimize workflows, and learn different areas of the business!

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Data entry experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude and repair skills
• Physical ability to safely lift 75 pounds (using proper lifting techniques), twist, pull, reach overhead, lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to accurately use and read digital calipers/tape measures
• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Ability to balance competing responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and effective verbal/written communication skills
• Relationship-building skills and a team mindset
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
