About The Position

Bent Tubes in Neenah, WI is looking for a dedicated part-time Weekend Shift Production Worker to join their day-shift team. This role involves hands-on work with a focus on producing high-quality results. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and eager to grow their manufacturing skills. This is a part-time role with an alternating schedule, working one week from Friday to Sunday (5 AM - 5 PM) and the next week from Thursday and Sunday (5 AM - 5 PM). Overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to use tape measures and digital calipers
• Ability to operate or learn equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts
• Willing to learn and follow standard practices
• Ability to read technical instructions
• Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to type 25+ wpm

Nice To Haves

• A current forklift driver certification is a plus. Training will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Preparing materials
