About The Position
Quaker Windows & Doors is hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates to support our growing operations in Freeburg, Missouri. If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to learn, we'll train you. This is a full-time position with a weekend shift available.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Willingness to learn new skills
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or factory experience is helpful-but not required
Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Follow safety procedures in a clean, organized facility
