Weekend Server 11:00am-7:30pm $18-$20 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server to join our team at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri. This is a Full Time position with a starting wage of $18-$20 per hour. The role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years old, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate must also be able to assist residents with mobility and be criminally cleared.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Buss tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.
