About The Position

This position is for a Dining Room Manager at Pinnacle Groves, a senior living community located in Rogers, AR. The role is crucial for ensuring an impeccable dining experience for residents, focusing on a welcoming atmosphere, efficient service, and maintaining a tidy dining area. The manager is also responsible for observing residents' dietary habits and attendance. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents
Positive and energetic attitude
Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall
Must be criminally cleared
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening

Ensuring the dining room looks (and stays) perfect
Ensuring the service residents receive is impeccable
Greeting residents and making them feel welcome
Being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect
Prepping a table for service, salads for the next meal, or rolling silverware
Bussing tables
Sweeping floors
Communicating with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals
