Requirements
- Friendly, professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Reliable and punctual—weekends are a must
- Pet lovers strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from pet parents
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm grooming appointments
- Match pets with the right groomers and routes
- Calmly handle last-minute changes
- Communicate clearly with groomers and our weekday ops team
- Keep scheduling notes accurate and up to date
