Rwazi operates at a rapid pace to create a new market category, and this role is central to tackling the most challenging issues the company faces. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving problems that have never been solved before, with no existing precedent, expert guidance, or established process. The core of the job involves not only solving these problems but also building systems to ensure the solutions are sustainable and scalable, allowing the individual to move on to the next challenge. The scope of work is undefined and can change rapidly, with tasks potentially not existing as concepts at the time of hiring.
