About The Position
Bark & Mane is seeking a Weekend Scheduler to be the friendly voice behind smooth schedules, happy groomers, and well-pampered pets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and solving little scheduling puzzles in a positive, pet-centric environment. The Weekend Scheduler will answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from pet parents, schedule, reschedule, and confirm grooming appointments, match pets with the right groomers and routes, handle last-minute changes, and keep scheduling notes accurate and up to date. The company's mission is to improve the lives of pets and their families through loving, expert grooming care delivered right to their door, providing a stress-free, one-on-one experience that prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and scheduling software
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Reliable and punctual—weekends are a must
- Pet lovers strongly preferred
