About The Position
Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care for weekend day shift cases throughout the Valley. Dependable Nurses, Inc., the Phoenix branch of Dependable Health Services, provides skilled in-home nursing care for medically fragile children and young adults throughout Arizona. Our nurses build meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, physician-directed care in the comfort of home.
Requirements
- Active Arizona RN or LPN license or Compact License
- Current BLS Certification (online-only courses not accepted)
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Training (assistance available)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments
- Complete accurate documentation and patient assessments
- Communicate changes in condition to the Clinical Supervisor
- Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers as needed
