About The Position
This is a Full Time Benefited position for a Weekend On-Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and comfort to patients in hospice and home health. The role offers a flexible schedule, working on-call from 5 PM on Friday until 8 AM Monday, allowing for a balance between meaningful work and personal life. The position offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference in patients' lives during critical moments and to be part of a supportive, compassionate healthcare team.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid non-restricted RN license in the state of Colorado is required.
- Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.
- Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hospice and home health preferred.
- Reside in La Junta or within a 15-minute drive of La Junta.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and comfort to patients in hospice and home health.
- Respond to patient needs during on-call weekend shifts.
