Requirements

• Candidates must have certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
• License/Certification: CNA Or HHA (Required)

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• MUST be able to be on-call whenever a callout or need for shift arises on the weekend.
• Keep our clients smiling at home by supporting their daily needs - taking initiative about Maintaining their health and safety at home through providing high quality personal care, and monitoring their environment for safety risks
• Follow an individualized, written Plan of Care to support our clients with personal hygiene, ambulation and exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfer, and other duties as assigned.
