About The Position
Veranda of Pensacola, a family-owned assisted and independent living community, is seeking a Weekend Manager. The role provides oversight of staff and responds to resident and family needs during weekend coverage. The manager also supports resident admissions and ensures apartments are ready for move-in.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to serve seniors.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Must undergo a Level 2 background screening as a condition of employment.
- New employees are subject to a drug test, physical exam, TB skin test, and background check.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage all staff on duty every weekend.
- Handle resident and family needs every weekend.
- Assist new residents by completing admission paperwork.
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections and check that apartments are move-in ready.
