From troubleshooting equipment to performing preventive maintenance and supporting automated systems, you'll help minimize downtime and keep production moving. Requirements

  • Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field or Associate's degree or technical training in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Automation, or a related program.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PLCs, automation, or industrial controls is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery to support continuous production.
  • Work with automated equipment, motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and production systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
  • Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns.
  • Fabricate or repair parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools as needed.
  • Maintain building systems and assist with general facility maintenance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Help identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase safety and efficiency.
