Requirements
- Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a related field or Associate's degree or technical training in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, Automation, or a related program.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PLCs, automation, or industrial controls is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery to support continuous production.
- Work with automated equipment, motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and production systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns.
- Fabricate or repair parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools as needed.
- Maintain building systems and assist with general facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Help identify continuous improvement opportunities that increase safety and efficiency.
