About The Position
This role involves providing essential maintenance support, including completing work orders, assisting with apartment turnovers, performing repairs and preventative maintenance, and helping to maintain building grounds and equipment. The Weekend Maintenance Assistant will also support the Environmental Services Director with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete routine maintenance work orders as assigned
- Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in preparations
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Help maintain building grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Assist the Environmental Services Director with special projects
