Weekend Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist)
About The Position
Crestwood is seeking a Weekend Licensed Clinician to support its behavioral health recovery programs. The clinician ensures compliance with program policies and procedures and completes required reports on time. The role provides therapeutic guidance in helping supervise program staff and assists the Program Director with coordinating and implementing the core program. The schedule is on call on weekends. Crestwood provides residential mental health recovery services in Bakersfield through the Crestwood Behavioral Health Center and Psychiatric Health Facility. Its programs offer a continuum of care focused on supporting clients’ recovery.
Requirements
- Current California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist.
- Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting.
- At least one year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5.
- Familiarity with DMH Titles 9 and other governmental regulations.
- Valid California driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program.
- Complete respective reporting requirements in a timely manner.
- Help supervise program staff by providing therapeutic guidance.
- Assist the Program Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.
