About The Position

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
Capable of executing HVAC repairs and replacements to code, including necessary electrical work.
Holder of a valid UT Driver's License with a good driving record.
Lift and move items up to 75 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds repetitively.
Capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners’ HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
Keep customers informed about the work being done, timelines, and processes.
Diagnose HVAC issues and execute repairs with customer approval.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency.
Educate customers on completed work, answer their questions, and provide recommendations.
Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills and technical knowledge.
