As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Weekend HVAC Service Technician to support increased demand and provide technicians with a schedule that balances strong earnings and personal time. Weekend service creates opportunity because homeowners are home, available, and ready to move forward. There is higher service demand with fewer weekday interruptions, better-quality calls and stronger close rates, and less competition for appointments, leading to more productive days. You’ll work when customers are most engaged — setting yourself up for success and higher earnings.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening, as permitted by law
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
- Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners
- Ensure all work meets safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call
