About The Position

This is a seasonal position where team members may work indoors or outdoors, greeting and assisting customers, managing wait lines, assembling and prepping food items, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include answering product questions, offering recommendations, and weighing and pricing products. The role emphasizes creating a memorable shopping experience and acting as a positive ambassador for the store, embodying S.T.E.W. values.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile
• Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar
• Maintain work area organized and clean
• Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Assist in other duties, as assigned
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
• Knowledgeable with product and offer suggestions to the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create a memorable shopping experience for our customers
