Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Passion for cooking and creating high-quality, scratch-made food.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and food safety practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform the physical demands of the role.
ServSafe® Certification and/or State Food Handler Card, as required.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve fresh, scratch-made menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up, stock, and maintain grill and prep stations for efficient daily operations.
Follow proper food handling, storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures.
Ensure food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns to leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
