About The Position

The Weekend Evening Concierge is the first point of contact for prospects and residents, responsible for creating excellent first impressions and building positive ongoing relationships. The role personalizes interactions and helps residents feel at home while contributing to a welcoming, well-maintained community. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Competence with various software, apps, and computer programs.
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• A customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared-for community.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Encourage satisfied customers to write reviews on social networking sites.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings, depending on the shift.
