About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for our adult and/or our pediatric patients in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a LPN or RN in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to the patient in their home
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Perform incontinence care (bowel and bladder)
- Monitor and manage any health concerns or symptoms as they arise
- Communicate with parents, office staff, and medical providers as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
