About The Position

Call all Nurses! RN and LPN Positions Available! 12 hour shifts! As an RN or LPN, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by delivering exceptional, quality care to our residents.

Requirements

• Active nurse registration/license in good standing, with the right to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong communication skills; able to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, guests and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve resident grievances promptly; ensures quick resolution of conflict/issues.
• Strong time management skills; able to understand, organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work on-call.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care (skilled/assisted) or CCRC is highly preferred.
