About The Position
The Waterford at Shavano Park, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Weekend Concierge to join their team. This premier retirement community in San Antonio, Texas, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to residents, visitors, and staff.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
- Greets and directs visitors to the community
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Resolving customer questions and concerns
