Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

Flexible to schedule any shift between 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Available to work 20 - 35 hours/week
Mon - Fri Shifts specifically needed
Occasional weekends & some holidays
Year-Round Availability Needed
No temporary or summer positions available
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
Teamwork
Must be available to work year-round.
