About The Position
The Carolina Inn at Village Green is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts. These positions are ideal for CNAs looking for extra income, a predictable rotation, or a second job that leaves half your weekends free. The Carolina Inn is a 4-star rated (NC DHSR), private-pay assisted living community serving seniors in the Village Green neighborhood of Fayetteville for more than 25 years. We emphasize team support, resident dignity, and consistent staffing — with the highest licensed nurse-to-resident ratio of any assisted living community in the area.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification (Required – must be listed on NC Nurse Aide Registry)
- Availability to work every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Assisted living or long-term care experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor and report changes to licensed nurses
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Document care accurately
- Maintain safety and cleanliness
