About The Position

Weekends are a critical time for our clients, and we make sure our caregivers are supported while providing care. We offer a 24/7 supportive care team, local cases in Charlottesville, VA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for caregivers with weekday commitments or those seeking supplemental income, with consistent weekend opportunities available.

Requirements

CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
6+ months caregiving experience (professional or personal)
Strong communication with clients and care team
Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Must pass criminal, motor vehicle and reference checks

Responsibilities

Provide non-medical support in clients’ homes, including transportation to appointments or errands, medication reminders, meal preparation and cooking, and light housekeeping.
For CNAs and trained PCAs, additional personal care may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and incontinence care, mobility assistance and transfers, and feeding support.
