About The Position

HealthSource Chiropractic of Southwest Fort Worth is seeking a driven, dependable Doctor of Chiropractic who understands that exceptional patient care requires more than delivering a great adjustment. It requires strong communication, well-designed corrective care plans, consistent follow-through and a commitment to measurable results. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. The clinic offers modern technology, multiple treatment options, structured systems, training, and clearly defined expectations. Compensation is competitive with performance-based earning potential. Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree
  • Active Texas chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work Fridays and Saturdays and attend Tuesday morning training
  • Must be a self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and completes it without constant oversight
  • Must know performance numbers and actively work to improve them
  • Must work well with doctors, rehab specialists and front-office team members
  • Must understand that practice growth comes from excellent care, communication, relationships and consistent execution

Nice To Haves

  • Corrective care and Day 1/Day 2 experience strongly preferred
  • Communicate confidently and build trust quickly with patients
  • Understand and can effectively lead the Day 1 and Day 2 process
  • Can explain findings, corrective care recommendations and treatment plans clearly
  • Understand the clinical reasoning behind corrective care—not simply symptom relief
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes, conversion, retention and visit utilization
  • Pay close attention to documentation, details and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Perform consultations, examinations, digital X-rays and re-evaluations
  • Deliver clear, confident reports of findings
  • Develop and manage individualized corrective care plans
  • Provide chiropractic adjustments and oversee patient progress
  • Collaborate with our progressive rehabilitation team
  • Incorporate services such as spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy and corrective rehabilitation when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Monitor patient progress, retention and care-plan utilization
  • Participate in team training, meetings and performance improvement
  • Represent HealthSource professionally at occasional community outreach and marketing events
