About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Weekend Bartender/Server to join our team at Battle & Birdie. This role is crucial in creating an unforgettable entertainment experience for our guests, from welcoming them to assisting with events and providing exceptional food and beverage service. You will also be involved in operating our laser tag attractions and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting and enjoys teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience REQUIRED.
• Previous serving experience REQUIRED.
• Flexible scheduling REQUIRED with mandatory weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Previous bartending and serving experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixed drinks, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and bar operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and excitement, creating an unforgettable entertainment experience.
• Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and group outings, including setup, food running, and drink service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist guests with laser tag experiences by explaining rules, helping with equipment, and maintaining a fun, safe, and high-energy atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout the facility, bar, and dining areas.
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth, upbeat, and guest-focused operations during busy weekends and events.
