About The Position
Boston Pizza CrossIron Mills is looking for an energetic Bartender / Server to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with guests, and know how to shake up a great cocktail while delivering friendly service, this role is for you.
Requirements
- ProServe Certification (Alberta) – required
- Previous bartending or serving experience, preferred Boston Pizza experience.
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Boston Pizza standards
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and clean, following AHS & AGLC safety guidelines
- Create and suggest innovative cocktails and beverage ideas.
- Engage with guests, share promotions, and upsell to enhance their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with FOH team, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly
- Assist with bar prep, restocking, and inventory duties
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, lounge, and dining areas by following daily/weekly cleaning checklists
- Follow all company policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
