The role involves preparing daily breakfast and maintaining Aloft signature menu items, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and friendliness. The MCR standard is to provide clean, friendly, well-organized, and safe hotels for guests. The Cook is responsible for preparing food items based on standardized recipes, maintaining the highest standards for an appealing product, and ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
