Requirements
- Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of computer programs.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
- Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
- Educates, trains, and encourages team members on personalized activity opportunities.
- Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding.
- Decorate common areas for special events and holidays.
- Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
- Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning.
- Other duties as assigned.
