About The Position

The General Manager in Training (GMIT) program is designed for experienced hospitality leaders who are ready to run an entire operation. The program is for individuals who already know how to manage a team, achieve targets, and hold people accountable, and who now aspire to lead a whole venue. The company is one of the nation's largest venue and event companies with over 90 locations and is still growing.
